About
I've been on your side of the table.
I'm Tomas Bui. I've spent 10 years building and breaking growth systems across ecommerce, health-tech, FMCG, B2B SaaS, and deep-tech AI. The pattern is consistent: the tools are there, the strategy is reasonable, and nothing connects. That's the context problem.
Background
Where I've been.
In 2015, I ran Amazon FBA private label. I learned ecommerce from the ground up — SEO, performance marketing, margin management under pressure. It taught me to think in systems, not campaigns.
After that, media strategy for tier-A FMCG clients including L'Oréal. Then a health-tech startup — B2C app, growth, retention, monetisation. Then an engineering and design firm, first B2C then B2B ABM and paid acquisition.
Since then, Head of Marketing at GoodVision in Prague — B2B SaaS, AI traffic analytics, deep-tech niche. The challenge is the same: how do you generate demand for a technical product in a niche market with a small team?
The pattern across all of it: the problem is almost never the channel. It's the context. Who you're selling to, what they actually need to hear, whether your data tells the truth. Fix the context first. Then the channels work.
Why Kontext
Context before campaigns.
Most founders with 20–100 people end up owning marketing by default. They've tried agencies. They've hired freelancers. They've brought someone in-house. None of it sticks because the context — the ICP, the positioning, the stack, the data — is still broken underneath.
Kontext exists to fix that. Audit first. Understand the system. Build what lasts. I work as a partner, not a vendor. I'm in the problem with you.
